Students' activity in MMB

Hi Joyce,

Probably we could include in our MMB project an exercise whereby the students do a comparative evaluation on the works of sculptors/installation artists. They would have to research on 1.medium 2. social / political / historical background that influenced the artists to create their art. This would help students to relate how artists express an abstract concept into an artistic expression. This will be a good exercise for Sec 3 students to engage in higher order thinking. What do you think?

Metaphor

Hey Joyce,

Metaphor for our MMB proposal - what do you think if we add a nest metaphor, chicken coop or ? We could design the interface to have interactive chickens running across the page with wings flapping, chickens squawking and chicks hatching from an egg for example.
